Rotary Feeding System - Consumer Products
This system, comprising six (6) centrifugal bowl feeders, was built to count and package coin wrappers at over 300 parts per minute. Each bowl can be adjusted to handle several different sizes of wrapper, orienting and feeding them single file past a high speed counting device before discharging them into a central collection hopper for packaging. Elevating belt style hopper prefeeders provide a controlled flow of parts to each centrifugal bowl. A central operator's control panel with pushbuttons and digital display completes the system.
