We
focus on " Total Solutions Automation " through
Innovative Design
Flow Automation's Electrical Engineering department performs tasks
ranging from designing and testing the electrical control from a vibratory
bowl to a 1000 I/O assembly cell. Our experience includes designing
machinery for the automotive, food and pharmaceutical industry.
We have used operator interfaces from Allen-Bradley, Omron, Panelmate,
TCP, Siemens, Uniop as well as designing our own interface using Visual
Basic. PLC's used include Allen-Bradley, Omron, GE, Texas Instrument
and Siemens. We also have experience in DCS systems using Bailey,
Foxboro, Moore, FLS and Honeywell. Servo systems used include Electrocraft,
Emerson, Ormec and Parker.
Our Mechanical Engineering department is staffed with a good mix of experienced
automation designers and result driven engineers. All are
proficient in the use of up-to-date 3D modeling software, combined
with industry standard detailing practices. In addition, we continuously
seek new technologies and optimize software capabilities to improve
our quality and response time, while maintaining budgets.

addition the Inventory Control Department includes the Waterjet Parts
department. A full line of high-pressure pump and waterjet cutting
related parts are kept for prompt delivery to our valued customer
when the need arises.
Dedicated Service and Support
Flow Automation's Service Department has a support staff dedicated
to servicing the customer needs as they arise. Response to night calls
is within 4 hours where emergencies are concerned. Skills include
mechanical, electrical, programming and robotics. As needs arise,
we will extract from our resources persons who are involved in the
building of new equipment. Replacement parts and manufactured parts
are available through the service group. Customers who require continuous
improvements can receive this support as well. Engineering services
are made available with any other resource which is in our facility.
Our staff is very qualified and experienced, and ready, willing and
able to help get the job done quickly and effectively.
